Haitham Sadeq is a known name in the multinational infrastructure industry, with over 29 years of

Mr. Haitham Sadeq is not only skilled but highly educated as well. being raised from the middle
east, his first degree in science was awarded by the University of Kuwait in the year 1985, later he
did a masters program from the same in MS in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical Engineering as
his Major. He also earned a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the George
Washington University, WA majored in Construction and Facility Management in the year 1997.
Another Masters certification program in Project Management from the same university as well. He
is a Harvard alumnus as well, he did an executive education from the Harvard Campus, Cambridge,
MA and graduated the School of Design. Sadeq also presented papers on the topic ‘Achieving High-
Performance Buildings through a Whole Building Systems Design approach, in 2001.
Today Mr. Haitham Sadeq is a Facilitative Leader, a Strategic Planner, a Critical Decision Maker, a
Cost Expert Engineer and everything a Civil Engineer desires to be. Also, he is fluent in English,
Arabic and many other languages and culture.
Haitham Sadeq started this long journey back in 1985 as a Civil Engineer/Construction Manager in
Kuwait and continued serving his motherland for many years. Mr. Sadeq was keen from the start
and that is how he earned so many aspects of the Infrastructure industry at an early age.
In the 90s, he served Taiwan, UK, Ireland, and Portugal and managed many large multi-million dollar
club projects, particularly in Taiwan in the year 1996, he served a GSM telecommunication project,
which then had worth for about $280 million.
Mr. Sadeq moved to the US in the 90s, where he continued his passion and served many roles in the
start years, in the late 90s he simultaneously managed about 70 projects and hundreds of team
across 34 countries, that is how he helped to build many infra projects worth $200+ million.
He also worked as Direct Consultant, Negotiator, and Arbitrator for several years. He, in fact,
represented the World Bank in negotiation and execution of many Real Estate and Lease related
cases many times.
